Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Put as priority to implement marketing campaigns/programs in-line with FMC Integrated Product Strategy to maximize sales/growth potential.
- Manage distribution channels in your areas to hit the business milestone and direction.
- 100% handle customer credit term and timely payment of accounts.
- Expansion sales volume by seeking new opportunity in region as assigned territory.
- Works with channel partners on complex products and promotional materials.
- Promote FMC Products and Branding Awareness, participate in fields activities, seminars and other events.
- Develops accurate and forecast sales on a quarterly basis as tracking cycle.
- Identifies customer needs to the sales management and marketing development team.
- Developing level sales professional with improving product and market knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or any related filed.
- Have experience in Sales product Crop Protection (Herbicides, Insecticides, Fungicides, Plant Health and Seeds Care).
- Minimum 5 year experience within Sales or Marketing from multi-national firms, preferably in crop protection products.
- Strong sales background with good knowledge of distribution and channel management.
- Solid Negotiation and Customer Relationship Skills are highly required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Motivation and ability to learn new things and always develop would be an advantage.
- Moderate in English Communication.
- Good level in MS office package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Required to have driving license/active driver/, willingness to travel as natural
