About the role
You will be based in our Turkish office in Istanbul.

Your focus areas will be on managing processes related to employees.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • General Office Management responsibilities including several practical elements with running and efficient office but also help ensuring a nice a welcoming atmosphere for both our employees and visitors
  • Employee onboarding and off boarding
  • Assisting with recruitment process including conducting screening interviews, organizing interview with interviewing panel, and all communication with candidates
  • Responsible for keeping HR master data always updated and organize electronic and physical personnel profiles
  • Organize employee training
  • Order monthly food card from contracted company for employees.
  • Get new food allowance card for newly hired or cancel card when they leave the company
  • Take care life insurance and health insurance policies for employees.
  • Organize input for monthly payroll run and be the main point of contact for our local payroll provider and our internal payroll center in Cork
  • Basic knowledge of Turkish labor law
  • Super user on expense reporting and help employees with this matter

 

About you
For holding this position it is necessary to meet the following minimum requirements:

 

  • Previous experience with office management
  • HR experience and preferably min. bachelor’s degree in HRM
  • Excellent communication and language skills – English and Turkish

 

Further, you will add personal competences such as being a fast learner, you are OK with a mixture of “hands on” & strategic, you always strive for excellent execution of your tasks. You are a fun-loving person who wants to inspire and energize the organization.
