For our Commercial team in Egypt or Morocca, we are looking for a:

 

Business Manager - Middle East, North Africa

 

This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your Commercial Business Manager expertise within a dynamic, expanding international organisation. As the leader of a team of agronomists you will oversee their daily activities to drive FMC business and growth in Middle East and North Africa, while also contributing directly to business future planning and growth.

  

What you do with us

 

  • Oversee the sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • In collaboration with the finance teams, monitor outstanding payments from customers and distributors to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the company, relaying any concerns, complaints, or feedback to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and achieve business objectives within the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure sales initiatives align with broader business goals and market needs.
  • Identify and target potential customers to build a diverse and robust client base.
  • Collaborate with the demand planning and supply chain teams to forecast future product needs based on sales trends, market conditions, and customer feedback
  • Leading and coaching the team in a performance-dependent manner

 

Your qualifications

  • Bachelors degree; graduate degree or MBA in Agricultural Science (Bonus)
  • Proven Crop Protection commercial experience
  • 5+ years of experience management experience, client-facing role
  • The ability to analyse complex situations, weigh various options, and make informed decisions is crucial
  • Strong business acumen which can connect day-to-day operations with larger business goals
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Ability to create an inspiring vision and motivate their team to achieve shared goals.
