The Associate Director, Investor Relations role will support the Head of IR and Senior Leadership Team on all aspects of IR – message development, strategic counsel, thought partner, managing sell-side analysts and buy-side investors, company and competitive analysis

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and communication of a long-range strategic plan
  • Support and own the following:
    • Quarterly earnings call deliverables, including slides, script and release
    • Select relationships with sell side community
    • Select relationship with buy side community
  • Lead investor targeting program including on-boarding new investors, with a focus on outside-US and ESG investors
  • Research and analyze industry, company, and peer data
  • Support strategy and thought leadership on positioning the company with investors
  • Collaborate with functional and regional leaders, especially Communications and Sustainability
  • Support IR efforts at conferences and meetings (Non-Deal Road Shows)
  • Communicate feedback from sell side and buy side community

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years strategic and commercial leader with IR and/or finance background
  • Clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling/analysis
  • Ability to collaborate and lead/influence in a matrix organization
  • Strong executive presence
