Job Overview

As FMC continues its transformation into a Tier One Agricultural technology company, we are focused on recruiting talent and developing our employees to ensure that FMC has a diverse and deep talent pool to drive and sustain our growth.  With the future in mind, FMC is building a center-led Talent Management team. We have an opportunity for an energized individual to join our vibrant team as Talent Management Associate. This position is based in the Philadelphia Headquarters.

 

Areas of responsibilities are in both Learning & Organizational Development and Talent Management. In this role, you will serve as a resource to the HR team on core elements such as performance management, talent review, needs assessment, training and development planning. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Under direction of global talent management associate director, support and help execute company-wide talent management initiatives such as Talent Actions/ Outcomes from Talent Review, leadership and professional development initiatives, and employee culture
  • Manage and support tasks associated with execution of Leadership & Professional Development initiatives including global leadership programs & events.  Includes: Vendor budget and invoice reconciliation, training logistics globally, self-directed learning education and overall program participant coordination
  • Manage the monthly DISCOVER Learning Series -- Global Virtual Seminars on various learning & development topics.  Includes speaker/topic coordination and on-going marketing campaigns to drive interest and attendance and post session evaluations
  • Oversee key tasks associated with Talent Review cycle through preparing, editing, and formatting employee dashboards and in conjunction with Director and Associate Director of global talent management, prepare overall report to Operating Committee (OC)
  • Champion change initiatives, reinforce communication, and advocate the development planning process
  • Create user guides that cover performance review, calibration philosophy, goal setting, and development planning process in GPS (Global Performance System) – includes quarterly review and maintenance of FYG (For Your Growth guide on development of our core competencies)
  • Oversee components of KF360 administration including coordinating HRBP requests and communications between Vendor and Participant; track coaching; and conduct follow-up as needed
  • Responsible for managing the Global Learning and Development Outlook Account, SharePoint Site, and associated Global Communications
  • Research and lead efforts of virtual e-learning and other blended learning solutions
  • Support and act as a resource for Regional Talent Management Leads with on-going projects and initiatives
  • Overall work with Talent Management team on projects that serve an organizational need to various client groups
  • Oversee key tasks associated with enrolling employees into the Open Sesame e-content provider
  • Creating monthly Open Sesame analytics reports

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field required – Master’s Degree a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Organizational astuteness and agility

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical ability in OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to research and summarize results
