  1. Responsible for the overall design, functionality, and application of multiple Dynamics 365 CRM databases for the US Crop Business:  Programs, Complaints, Custom Offers, Business Development Offers and Performance Assurances.
  2. Act as a key resource for future program design feasibility.
  3. Responsible for designing and conducting Dynamics 365 CRM application training for the entire US Crop business.
    • This includes Sales Team, Marketing Team, Tech Service Team, Leadership Team, Application Innovation Team, Revenue Operations, Legal, and global CRM users.
  4. Manage all CRM upgrades including autogenerated emailing, workflows changes, changes in forms and creating templates within the PowerApps Application.
  5. Track and manage Sales Teams’ budgets in CRM, and report spend year-over-year.
  6. Create new territory and territory assignments in CRM
  7. Generate, cleanse, and distribute reports from CRM, including a monthly report out to business management.
    • Custom Program Offers, Complaints, and Product Assurance reports to FMC leadership team and finance.
    • Accounts and Contacts reports for Marketing and Communications team
    • Program and Program Exception reports to Marketing and Leadership
  8. Collaborate with backend IT to engineer new processes within CRM.
    • Recent process changes include a global complaint form and new payment process for Custom Program Offers


Program Payments working with external vendor and FMC Accounts Payable

  1. Manage and coordinate distributor, retailer, and grower payments with external vendor, finance, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
    1. Field questions regarding calculations and payment timing from sales
  2. Reconcile monthly/quarterly distributor, retailer, and grower payments with finance and treasury.
    1. Monthly reconciliation with treasury regarding checks cut by external vendor.
    2. Quarterly reconciliation with corporate finance regarding checks and wire payments.
  3. Manage our check issuing process, via execution through third party, and check tracking
  4. Manage our escheatment process.
    1. This includes reaching out to RMMs on checks that have not been cashed and work with treasury to track and escheat the non-reissued checks.


Other:  FMC US Crop Price List owner

  1. Manage the organizations bulk repack process.
    • This includes sharing the process with our sales team, providing them documentation that needs to be completed, storing those agreements in CRM, and working with warehouses to send labels to customers. Also work with legal to make any changes to the agreement
    • This also includes sending wires, tracking, and communicating with customer service team to issue invoices to customers that match our wires.
  2. Modify, communicate, and distribute any changes with the FMC Distributor Price List to external and internal partners.


Required Education:

  •  B.S. in Business, Math, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field



  • 5 years of marketing or related experience
  • Excellent analyzation and communication skills
  • Flexible in prioritizing work, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups) and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SAP
