Job Summary

Plant Health Business:

  • Sales Tracking:  Liaising with country plant health leads to track and monitor progress.
  • Reporting: Month / quarter end, forecast differences to PH Director, Quarterly reports co-ordination with countries and
  • Extracting data from SAP on the progress of the business and sharing with teams
  • Co-ordinating with 3rd party companies : Actagro, Sea6 on a regular basis to support the business across Asia Pacific
  • Co-ordinating new launches of PH products working closely with the 3pp companies and country plant health business teams.
  • Working with FMC UK team and country teams on supplies of products, prices etc. 
  • Monthly review meetings with country PH teams to assess opportunities and risks in business and follow up on a regular basis

 

SW Asia Business:

  • Sales Tracking : Working closely with Country leads of Myanmar and Bangladesh to monitor progress of sales
  • Networking with customers in Sri Lanka to enable the business flow ensuring all permits and documentation is done to enable shipments
  • Liaising with customers to complete on reports like Market foresights, Market intelligence on a regular basis
  • Coordinating with CSR, Operations team and country leads to ensure supplies happen on time. 
  • Quarterly reporting of the business progress to the management. 

 

Regional Marketing:

  • Quarterly: Timely coordination and consolidation of the country quarterly Market Foresight reports, for AP regional reporting. This role will also include on-boarding / guiding country persons on how to use the MFS template.
  • Quarterly: Consolidate the NPI report for the Marketing Director
  • Ad-hoc: Work with Regional Marketing to provide ad-hoc information requested (and also dissemination of published reports) by Global Market Intelligence team
  • Support Regional Marketing & IT to develop & maintain the AP LRP database, reporting and updates

 

What You Will Bring to Us

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Customer Services
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Administration & Customer service in a multinational company
  • High level proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Key competencies: Leadership, stakeholder management/collaboration, adaptive, inclusive
  • Proactive and with drive of continuous process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Demonstrates results through a proactive nature
