The Supply Chain COE Program Lead - Warehouse Management position will be accountable for the strategic direction, improvements, design, ownership, and training of critical business processes within


Warehouse and Inventory Management. This position will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Reports and Analytics, Continuous Improvement, IT, and the Finance organizations to define and align globally on singular work procedures for business-critical processes.


  • Accountable for all Blueprint designs (Global, Regional, and Local) for designated processes areas which could include but are not limited to: Warehouse and Inventory Management
  • Active participation in all proposed changes/enhancements to S4 for designated processes to assess the business value of the proposed change, the business impact of the change locally, regionally, and globally, and assess the business value of the proposed change outside of the original driver of the change (i.e. other regions, other functions, etc.).
  • Own, develop, get approval for business cases via EGCI, IT, and other functional processes for any technical improvements to drive process and system improvements for designated process areas.
  • Develop and Execute per a project timeline a Global Cycle Count process, consistent with FMC Blueprint Design, including meeting Internal and External Auditing requirements.
  • Responsible for the design, ownership, training, and job aide documentation for inventory cycle counts and Inventory Management. This is not limited to just systems, but the end-to-end process steps of which systems play an important role.
    1. Increase utilization of systems and reports to track and improve performance, troubleshoot and drive elimination of root causes for deviations
    2. Deploy, measure and ensure sustainability of newly developed or revised work processes
  • Accountable, in conjunction with Line Management, to develop and sustain a Super User network for Warehouse Management and all associated processes within FMC.


Required Education

  • BS degree in engineering, technical, supply chain or related field.



  • Experience with SAP in Warehouse Management and Cycle Counts
  • Ability to create, implement, measure, control and improve processes
  • Experience in Warehouse Management shop floor, on inventory cycle count process and inventory management
  • Previous Country / Sub-Region / Regional experience either via direct supervision or via project leadership 
  • Proven experience in end-to-end process design, improvement, and executing process improvement projects at Country / Sub-Region / Regional level
  • Demonstrated experience in project management to manage driving project deliverables within budget across multiphase projects over long periods of time
  • Financial understanding and ability to complete routine cost / benefit analysis
  • Ability to travel International & US Travel approximately 20%
