For our Central Asia and Caucasus team in Almaty, Kazakhstan we are looking for:

 

Regulatory Manager Central Asia & Caucasus

 

As an integral member of our Central Asia & Caucasus team, you will play a crucial role in securing and maintaining regulatory approvals for FMC Crop Protection products within the region. Collaborating closely with our distributors and regulatory authorities, you will ensure the delivery of necessary documentation and labels, while keeping the budget on track. Additionally, you will monitor legislative developments that may impact our business operations.

 

What you would do with us

 

  • Secure and maintain plant protection product registrations across the region, including dossier preparation, label design, sourcing, and follow-up on local efficacy trials, studies, and expert reports; facilitate communication with local authorities.
  • Stay informed about plant protection legislation in Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, ensuring that company processes and registrations are compliant with regulatory changes.
  • Develop and monitor the registration budget, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts.
  • Build effective communication channels within the company, keeping stakeholders informed about regulatory updates, and providing insights to minimise business impact.
  • Represent the company’s interests at industry meetings related to crop protection.

 

 Your qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agricultural, toxicological, or environmental sciences.
  • Over 5 years of experience in plant protection product registration.
  • Native or fluent in Russian.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a large, multinational organisation with a diverse culture.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to working in alignment with the company’s values.
