Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage orders submitted by the sales team and ensure smooth order flow through our SAP system.
  • Credit Coordination: Collaborate with the credit and sales teams to address any orders affected by credit limits.
  • Financial Liaison: Work closely with the Credit and Finance teams on payments, collaterals, and account reconciliations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Process orders and shipments with our local warehouse partner. Create and send delivery notes and invoices, and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer & Sales Support: Address customer and sales team complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stock Management: Perform stock reconciliations with the local warehouse.
  • Compliance Tracking: Manage QR code and GTS tag notifications, and follow up on Guarantee Letters.
  • Training & Meetings: Complete cybersecurity and SAP-related training, and attend weekly Customer Service meetings on time.
