You become part of our Sales department as home based in Çanakkale. Here you will join one of our regional sales teams in charge of demonstrating our products to our customers across Turkey.
Advise customers and demonstrate products
As our new technical sales representative in the Marmara region, you will be our customers’ single point of contact within our organization and responsible for the sales in your region. More specifically, it will be your task to provide our customers with advice and demonstrate our products in the field, using your solid understanding of agronomy. Doing so, you will be travelling within the region, visiting clients and maintaining professional relationships as the technical expert on FMC products.
Specifically, your tasks include:
- Interacting with customers – this includes both growers, clients, advisors and food chain companies
- Making recommendations on choice of product
- Setting up trials to show product efficacy
- Following up on collections
- Sharing reports in a consistent base

Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of agronomy
As you will be interacting with a wide range of customers, you will need to have great people skills and to excel at building relationships. You are right at home in a competitive market and have the ability to demonstrate benefits of innovative products in a price driven market. Moreover, you enjoy bringing your solid communication skills into play when explaining value propositions and products. We also imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in agronomy
- Have a couple of years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a crop protection company
- Have a solid grasp of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Speak and write Turkish fluently, English is a great advantage
- Have a driving license and good driving skills
- Are willing to travel across Turkey
