Main responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the shorth and long term planning process working closely to Demand, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations ensuring the proper and smooth execution of the company plans;
• Responsible for the company inventory levels of finish goods and active ingredients. Establish and manage inventory targets ensuring the best balance between inventory levels, losses due to shelf-life expiration, supply constraints and service levels;
• Manage the execution of the Southern Cone and LAN planning activities including supply planning, master scheduling, distribution requirement planning;
• Responsible for the distribution plan of finish goods from the factories to the warehouses  according to the sales demand requirements;
• Co-ordinate the planning and implementation of innovation projects (definition of stock policy, timings, etc.) aligned with Marketing, Regulatory and Operations guarantying that product is available to be launched as planned;
• Generate medium/long term production requirements for operations capacity studies (distribution network, regional procurement, factory expansion, etc.) communicating and addressing constraints in advance. Collaborate in manufacturing strategy and sourcing studies;
• Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects (stock reduction program, portfolio optimization, etc.);
• Develop key supply chain planning KPIs;
• Suggest and implement solutions for process improvements. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner;
• Train, develop and evaluate your team, providing constructive feedback;
• Develop strong links with Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution & CS areas;
• Guardian of the planning tools optimizing performance and usage among the planners.  Perform the administration of part of the company products master data (SAP and other Tools);

Basic Qualifications

• Graduation: Engineering/ Business Administration
• Post-Graduation: Supply Chain /Logistic/ Business Management
• Experience in Agrobusiness, Chemicals, Consumers Goods or Pharmaceutical companies.
• Solid experience in supply planning and master scheduling with more than 5 years working as manager in these areas.
• Solid experience of SAP PD4/HANA
• Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish
