About the job

As a Formulation Scientist at our European Innovation Center in Hørsholm, Denmark, you will play a crucial role in researching formulation technologies for pheromone line of products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct experiments, and contribute to the advancement of our portfolio. Your work will directly contribute to the green transition of agrochemicals, promoting environmentally friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Research new formulation approaches and innovative new technologies for pheromones.
• Design and execute experiments to develop robust formulations for various products, with a special emphasis on pheromones.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure successful product development.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and provide recommendations for formulation improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to formulations and sustainable practices.
• Contribute to patent applications and scientific publications.
• Collaborate with Plant Health Formulation development and R&D teams to ensure successful product development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience with formulations chemistry from food chemistry, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemistry or another relevant field.
• Proven experience in formulation development (preferably in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or specialty chemicals).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software/tools.

• Proactive and strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to work individually but also as part of a team in a highly dynamic environment.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and contributing to a greener future.
• Enjoy working in the lab and with 3rd parties.
