Active Ingredient (AI) Technical Center Associate Director (m/f/d)

 Are you ready to take the helm in active ingredient manufacturing? We're seeking a proactive individual to drive process safety excellence, technology standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across FMC's tolled AI manufacturing facilities. Additionally, you'll ensure the smooth transition of new products from R&D to commercial production.

What You'll Do With Us:

• Lead Process Safety implementing and enforcing process safety standards to uphold excellence
• Foster Continuous Improvement identifying and executing process improvement opportunities, implementing standardized methodologies
• Manage New Product Implementation guiding the transition of new products from R&D technical packages to commercial scale production
• Drive Standardization harmonizing processes across sites and cultivate technical talent

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related engineering field
• 10-15 years of management experience in chemical manufacturing industries, with international exposure
• Experience in Plant Management preferred
• Strong safety leadership and experience with process safety management
• Proficiency in the Production and Handling of Hazardous Materials
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams of technical staff
