Supply Chain Specialist

The Global Supply Chain Specialist will support long-term strategies for FMC’s supply chains by analysing data and optimizing capacity, cost, and risk. Reporting to the Global End-to-End Supply Chain Manager, the role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance FMC’s Insecticides, Herbicides, and Plant Health portfolios. Key focus areas include sourcing, regulatory planning, and new product integration.

What you'll do with us:

• Provide monthly inventory analysis and develop improvement plans with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams.
• Conduct long-term demand and capacity analysis, from raw materials to finished products.
• Assess supply chain resilience, agility, and cost structure, including Total Landed Cost and budgeting.
• Coordinate global supply chain activities for New Product Introductions (NPI) and regular reviews.
• Collaborate on supply chain metrics, root cause analysis, and improvement plans with AI Supply Planning.
• Collect competitive supply chain data and support the development of tools and metrics for the Centre of Excellence.

Your qualification & attributes:

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of Supply Chain Management experience, ideally in the agrochemical industry.
• Strong experience with cross-functional, international teams, and business process improvement.
• Proficient in IT tools for Supply Chain, with knowledge of SAP and advanced planning systems.
• Strong skills in data analysis, presentation, and communication, with proficiency in English
