Country Regulatory Manager

The Country Regulatory Manager is responsible for overseeing all regulatory activities within the country. This includes ensuring full compliance with Ukraine's national legislation and regulations pertaining to plant protection and biological products. The role involves maintaining and securing authorization for FMC's product portfolio in accordance with these regulatory requirements. 

What You'll Do With Us:

• Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers/documents, ensuring compliance with national requirements for product authorization and changes.
• Build relationships with national authorities, customers, and internal teams to support business objectives and maintain market presence.
• Contribute to strategic decisions for registration projects, provide regulatory information, and assist with advocacy and regulatory guidance.
• Update product materials, including labels and SDS, and manage the RegOne database for registrations and submissions.
•  Coordinate with authorities during evaluations, assist in budgeting registration fees, and support operational requests for regulatory processes.

Your qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory activities related to plant protection products, with practical expertise in registration activities.
• Degree in Science or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of Ukrainian legislation and regulations for plant protection products.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong negotiation and influencing abilities across cultures.
• Familiarity with digital tools and biosolutions is preferred; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
