Job Responsibilities:
- Raw Material & Production planning in coordination with Supply chain, Material planner & Tolling parties
- Process Engg. Calculations, Mass Balance, Energy Balance, waste treatment cost and Cost evaluation.
- Preparation of SOP, PFD, BFD and Log sheet of Tolling molecules
- Drive PHA programs, PSSR & Safety audit at Toller site for new products & existing ones.
- Monitor Process Parameters of ongoing products at Toller to deliver budgeted norms and production as per plan.
- Establishing Contamination prevention program at Toller for new product & ensuring RFT and maintain Quality data of ongoing campaign.
- Involving in Commissioning of new AI Tech products at Tolling facilities
- Preparation of Daily Production Report, Monthly Stock Statement Report
- Proficient for new Idea generation for improvement in yield, solvent norms, effluent norms, productivity & Involve in lab trial planning for new ideas
- Trouble shooting & Route Cause Analysis for issues /problems related to product.
- QAR User trials monitoring for new suppliers and report preparation.
- Involvement in Stock Audit & compliance of Audit reports
- Knowledge of SAP Production Module for daily transaction
- Toller site visit and coordination as per job requirement
Qualification/ Experience required:
Education Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech - Chemical Engineering Only. M. Tech - will be an added advantage
8 - 9 years of work experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing from the chemical industry
