Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

Caring out various engineering tasks, such as performing calculation to ensure the system meet the safety standards and collaborating with technicians to solve emerging issues.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Having maintenance experience of  Rotating & static equipments involved in chemical/Agrochemical plants like all types of pumps , mechanical seal , reactor, gearbox , ANF/ANFD, ATFE,MSGL,  boiler , chiller , compressor , nitrogen plant , fire hydrant system, pumps, blowers, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, rotary valve , screw conveyor etc.
    2. Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance
    3. Conditioned based maintenance – Familiar with various techniques – vibration measurement , laser alignment , NDT, UT, MPT , welder qualification . Level – II is added advantage.
    4. Can do RCA ( root cause Analysis ) with various
    1. Equipment Spare preparation and inventory control.
    1. Computing skills to prepare Engineering Records, & Preparing Daily/Monthly Reports
    1. Equipment Installation, Preventive Maintenance and updating Mechanical systems.
    1. Having Knowledge of Different MOC Piping
    1. Having Skill to Reduce down time by Proper Analysis.
    1. Maintain safety standard & Safety rules in dept.
    1. Maintaining, updating the Departmental documents and records
    1. Maintain Environment related documents & adhere to policy for related activities.
    1. Looking after Day To day Routine maintenance jobs
    1. Job Planning and execution
    1. Trouble shooting jobs
    1. Effective Manpower handling
    1. Having Knowledge of SAP , MS Office Excel and PPT
