We are looking for a

Commercial Technical Manager, South of UK

Reporting to the Technical Leader, NE, the Commercial Technical Manager will support the growing UK business and provide a full range of technical and commercial support for the expanding product range. This role will also be responsible for supporting the growth of the business in the South of the UK.

What you'll do with us:

• Provide comprehensive technical and commercial support to facilitate the growth of the UK business and the expanding product range
• Collaborate with trial organizations, industry bodies, and processors to ensure effective product implementation
• Offer expert advice and influence the agronomists, growers, and commercial distributor staff
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and confidence in delivering comprehensive product support across a diverse range of crops
• Establish and maintain strong relationships and long-term partnerships with leading agricultural suppliers and advisors in the UK

Your qualification & attributes

• Educated to degree level and BASIS qualified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to provide comprehensive product and commercial support to internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of SAP and familiarity with the Vertex tax engine being desirable
• Strong attention to detail, with a result-oriented and driven attitude, demonstrating a 'can do' mentality
• Collaborative team member with excellent interaction skills, capable of engaging with management and displaying executive presence
• Demonstrates key business competencies including drive for results, ethics and values, organizational agility, and problem-solving skills
