Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Manager as required, ensuring on time, on scope, and on budget execution of portfolio projects.
  • Contribute to short-term (<1 year) segment and brand marketing strategy development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, assist in demand modeling, pricing studies, and review of market research information.
  • Develop accurate product forecasts through effective coordination with Business Planning, Demand Managers, Sales and Key Account Management with emphasis on production and sales volumes. Lead monthly marketing input to demand planning process.
  • Active participation and point person for assigned products in Business Sales & Operations Planning activities: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply and Operation planning.    
  • Assist in updating and maintaining price lists, distributor program documents, and end user program documents.
  • Work with cross functional team (regulatory, technical, finance, sales) to facilitate successful go to market strategies as directed by marketing and the business.
  • Assist Product Manager and Key Account Managers with account-level marketing activities.
  • Assist Product Manager with the execution of trade shows and other selling and marketing events.

 

Required Education:

  • B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • M.B.A. a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of marketing or related experience
  • Excellent analyzation and communication skills
  • Flexible in prioritizing work, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Experience in or familiarity with agriculture or specialty agriculture preferred but not required
  • Understanding of business financial information
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in HubSpot a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups) and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI a plus
