Function Overview:

The GSS Product Registration Manager for FMC Global Specialty Solutions (GSS) is accountable for the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and tactical plans to grow and defend products in our Consumer and Environmental Solutions (CES) business segment. In this capacity, the Product Registration Manager will support the Consumer and Environmental Solutions segment in close collaboration with Product Development, Marketing, Global Regulatory and Supply Chain functions. The position requires regulatory competency as well as strong project management, and influencing skills



  • Drive the development and execution of regulatory strategies and tactical plans for registration of products in the US and Canada.
  • Leads the preparation, submission, and approval of quality US EPA submissions.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state pesticide laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and distribution of Specialty products in the US, including FIFRA, PRIA, FQPA, and California Prop 65.
  • Represent FMC on industry committees and work groups focused on influencing regulatory policies and procedures important to the CES business.
  • Maintain awareness of key regulatory issues and recommend actions in advance of competitive pressure.
  • Comply with the principles of Responsible Care and promote Product Stewardship.
  • Work in a safe manner and support a safe working environment. 


Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, typically from the science field relevant to pesticide regulation



  • Technical/scientific background and experience relevant to the regulation of pesticides. (FIFRA, PRIA, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple individuals on priority activities
  • Strong attention to detail with deadline and customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence for positive outcomes
  • Strong negotiation skills  
  • Ability to travel (10%)
