Position Overview:


This position serves as the global coordinator for S&OP reporting, metrics and continuous improvements. Champions Global S&OP process by providing analytical support and excellent reporting execution that drives analytical based decisions. Leads and roll out projects and initiates improvements that involves process optimization using metrics, reporting and modeling.


Major responsibilities


Global S&OP Scope

  • Report developed metrics and standard data packs to support Executive S&OP / Global S&OP process across several geographical/business regions.
  • Accountable for getting a timely feedback needed to facilitate and build the ESOP report / Global S&OP coverage report used by the Global Supply Chain Leaders on the ESOP / Global S&OP meeting discussion.
  • Ensures alignment of information from ESOP / Global S&OP to RSOP and vice versa by facilitating a monthly SOP forum to gather and consolidate feedback from the regions and at the same provide feedback to the regions resulting from the strategies/actions from ESOP.
  • Establish, facilitate and maintain the annual calendar of Topics for ESOP discussion
  • Build and develop relationships with Global and Regional ESOP and RSOP participants and data providers to identify appropriate macro-level and micro-level reporting and analysis is in place to support the regions and the process.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Helps champion the use of visual management and other operational excellence proven method to instill a data driven culture
  • Aid in the development and continuous improvement of S&OP and execution reporting metrics.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis / scenario / decision modeling analysis to support executive in identifying trends/patterns and root causes and assist in providing solutions and improvements.
  • Develop and test new reporting tools and technologies that would track operation and supply chain performance


Projects/Continuous Improvements

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize our Global S&OP process, reporting, tools and standard operating procedures. 
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Process owners to help in standardizing and optimizing Operations and Supply Chain processes using data analysis and suggests solutions using predictive analysis methods 
  • Leads projects and rolls out processes as defined in the annual objectives.



  • Develops process documentation
  • Super user for S&OP Metrics and Reporting
  • Train regional analysts
  • Serves as a back-up support for Regional S&OP Analyst


Experience and skills


  • More than 5 years of experience in S&OP/Supply Chain analytics and modelling and in-depth knowledge of supply chain management or

More than 5 years’ experience as Business Analysts preferably in Manufacturing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Planning or Sales and Distribution.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable and effective in communicating and presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Can also work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to handle and manage projects (Project Management)
  • Computer savvy and has advanced skills in data management
  • Excellent analytical and inventory management skills. Ability to use forecasting systems to develop strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Power point and Excel (knows Macros and VBA) or Access.
  • Excellent working knowledge on data interpretation & business processes knows how sales & marketing functions support business goals
  • Ability to influence others and build consensus.
