Function Overview:

The individual in this role will be responsible for the management of the HR system (Success Factors Employee Central (EC) system, data and HR processes - including but not limited to access/Role Based Permissions, audits, testing, data governance, data privacy and system enhancements.  This role also serves as a core participant and/or project lead in various global initiatives such as shared services, operational processes, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HRIS production support, including the proactive identification, research and resolution of issues and opportunities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Manage Success Factors Employee Central system releases, configuration changes, enhancements and upgrades, including test scripts and testing.
  • Serve as the primary contact between HR, IT, and other departments.
  • Security administration including the review of access requests and granting access (via Role Based Permissions) across all Success Factor modules.
  • Ensure proper documentation (procedure manuals, data dictionary) and record keeping.
  • Drive process and system standardization, simplification, optimization, and training.
  • Point of contact for vendor contracts for global HR, and audits.
  • Data Privacy liaison responsible for ensuring employee data is secure, protected, properly handled, and classified appropriately.
  • Lead the team focused on all employee life cycle processes ensuring consistency, accuracy, customer service and automation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience working with Success Factors Employee Central (HR module required, and understanding of other modules is desired (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning & development, service center)
  • Experience in HR Shared Service model
  • Ability to develop procedure manuals, process flows, KPIs and SLAs
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven track record leading projects, process improvements and testing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritize and deliver results
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing global environment
  • Leadership and management experience
