Talent Sourcer

As the FMC North America Talent Sourcer you are passionate about shaping and evolving a diversity focused sourcing strategy for a leading agricultural sciences company. This role is focused on sourcing, mapping, attracting, and screening qualified, interested and available diverse talent for FMC as we build strong pipelines for future hires. Key components to this role will include gap identification, knowledge of best sourcing practices, developing strategies to increase the volume of skilled applicants from underrepresented groups and identifying effective trends to make sure we continue to grow as a diverse and inclusive organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply recruiting best practices to identify and attract diverse talent pools to build, create and maintain a passive talent pipeline database of qualified, interested and available diverse candidates within FMC Employee Central for our internal Talent Acquisition teams.
• In many instances, as the first point of contact and FMC ambassador for candidates, you will have the ability to listen and develop a rapport with prospective talent while maintaining an ethical approach to ensure prospective candidates’ career objectives can also be met within our business.
• Establish and implement standard processes to optimize sourcing of diverse, qualified, interested and available candidate development opportunities, which may include job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee resource groups, employee referrals, colleges/universities/technical schools, and networking events.
• Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to leadership across functional groups on the current candidate market by owning and developing, driving, and executing strategies to source qualified, interested and available diverse candidates by understanding the competitor landscape, identifying industry talent gaps and helping develop solutions.
• Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, DEI groups and business customers regarding ideas and/or strategies to build diverse talent pipelines. Provide research to internal customers by leveraging and mapping diverse organizations, schools, employee resource groups across industry verticals, where we can leverage best practices.
• Develop, monitor and report out metrics to track effectiveness of diverse talent sourcing strategies.
• Collaborates with HR and the Global DEI Office to improve both strategy and the integration with HR processes for diverse talent management (e.g., recruiting, hiring, performance management, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Is experienced in process analysis, requirements gathering and process design
• Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Flexibility, and adaptability, to rapidly respond to changing priorities
• Effective time management
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
• A strong communicator, motivator, and influencer
• Demonstrable success as a Talent Sourcer within an organization
• Your main area of expertise includes providing qualitative and quantitative data to influence
stakeholders and determine talent gaps within organization
• Skilled in use of data & technology that allows you to understand and articulate how candidates and
competitors operate across markets.
• Hands-on experience owning and shaping diverse sourcing techniques and strategies
• Familiarity and experience working within a Candidate Relationship Management platform
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence talent decisions within the leadership
groups and cross-functional teams
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sourcing experience
• Proficient in establishing internal and external business relationships at all organization levels
