For our Manufacturing site in Harboøre, Denmark, we are looking for a 

  

Denmark IT Manager 

  

Based on-site in Ronland with country-wide responsibilities, the IT Manager will collaborate closely with site management teams and Corporate IT personnel, serving as both the "Country IT Manager" and a Technical IT Expert for the Ronland Plant and EIC in Copenhagen. Reporting to the EMEA Regional IT Manager, this role focuses on implementing and supporting advanced information systems, ensuring alignment with business and corporate IT strategies, standards, and architecture. Strong communication and people management skills are essential, along with a drive to improve information systems for the benefit of supported sites.  

 

What You'll Do With Us: 

  

  • Manage local IT support teams to ensure effective operational support and adherence to SLAs. 

  • Drive adoption of IT service desk and continuously improve SOPs and service offerings. 

  • Oversee vendor management, including maintenance contracts and negotiations. 

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate IT Security Policies and Standards across sites. 

  • Collaborate with Corporate IT to identify and remediate system vulnerabilities. 

  • Coordinate deployment of new network and server technologies with Corporate IT infrastructure teams, including management of IT infrastructure within R&D labs such as the Agilent environment. 

 

Your qualification 

  • 3+ years of IT team management experience. 

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology roles encompassing IT operations and supporting infrastructure in a complex environment. 

  • Proven ability to integrate, implement, and leverage new technologies. 

  • Project management expertise including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget control. 

  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills interacting with department managers and site leadership. 

  • Proficient written and verbal skills in Danish, with strong English communication skills required.
