Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the Human Resources team at our regional headquarters office in Singapore. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Singapore sites, with expanded responsibilities to making meaningful contributions and impact to our people agenda for the broader Asia-Pacific region.


You will drive the execution of various HR operational processes and provide people operations support on multi-faceted HR matters in Singapore; including administration, rewards, payroll, talent acquisition, HR communication, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations etc., to help support business initiatives.


It is essential that you are hands-on, love wearing multiple hats, and are solutions focused. You possess the exceptional ability to manage multiple HR disciplines and strive to foster an engaging workplace. A significant part of your role involves constant engagement with a variety of stakeholders and proactively addressing employees’ needs and issues.

How You Will Help Us Succeed


  • Support full end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Prepare new employee orientation requirements, including pre-onboarding and onboarding; and employee offboarding activities
  • Responsible for payroll and benefits administration, include submitting NS make-up claims, maternity leave claims, paternity leave claims and childcare leave claims to the statutory boards
  • Familiarity with the work pass application and renewal process and requirements
  • Local liaison for leave related enquiries
  • Support and coordinate cross-border move to and/or from Singapore
  • Coordinate long service awards and employee recognition programs
  • Provide support for annual processes such as performance management, leave reconciliation, individual income tax reporting (IR8A), and compensation planning
  • Manage employees’ queries on human resources and welfare matters
  • Counsel employees and manage grievances and disciplinary actions in an expeditious manner
  • Provide input for business surveys mandated by the local statutory boards
  • Participate in both internal and external HR & Payroll audits
  • Support the annual headcount and salary budgeting process
  • Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in Employee Central and employee personnel files
  • Treat Safety, Ethics & Compliance as the number one priority
  • Act as an DE&I ambassador and contribute to DE&I initiatives in Singapore
  • Provide support to HR Director, APAC, and HRBP – ASEAN, ANZ & APAC Operations for sub-regional / regional HR projects and initiatives as required



What You Will Bring to Us


  • Possess a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
  • 5 – 8 years of solid HR Generalist experience in a global organization
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a very strong employee service focus and aptitude

  • Strong organizational skills, high level of initiative and superb time management skills
  • Proficient in Singapore labor law and practice
