Role Overview:
- The ERP Systems Design Owner for Record to Report is a highly integrated role, who will work closely with Global Process Owners, FMC’s IT, Functional and Commercial enablement teams, Project Management, and various Centres of Excellence to lead solution design, introduce new or enhance existing enterprise systems design while ensuring the integrity, scalability, and sustainability of recommended solution.
- This role is responsible for leading system design, resource assumptions, testing strategy, acceptance criteria, risk management, training, and transition to IT and Functional COE’s. In addition, this role may be responsible for project management and oversight.
- The individual in this role should be comfortable working Globally, on Localization matters.
- The Global ERP Systems Design Owner is accountable for ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the SAP Global Solution Design, for Record to Report, Fixed Assets, and Direct Tax process areas.
- The ERP Systems Design Owner provides SAP enterprise solution architecture expertise and design approval by partnering within IT and Global Stakeholders
- The Design Owner is accountable for governing, engaging on delivery of capabilities, and maintaining enterprise solutions aligned to the strategy of the Organization and the processes required by the Business.
- This role is Responsible for researching and communicating solution roadmaps and impacts to global design to impacted stakeholders.
- Accountable for adhering to IT governance and change management controls.

Required Education:
|
- B.S. degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Math) or a relevant Business discipline (i.e. Finance, Accounting,) with demonstrated ERP experience.

Qualifications:
|
- 6+ years of project delivery experience in complex SAP environment
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules and business process such as Financial Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Controlling (CO), Inter-Company Transactions, Fixed Assets, Month End financial Close activities, Direct Tax and financial reporting.
- Design and interpretation of SAP S/4Hana landscape and interfaces to SAP.
- Strong understanding of SAP Level 3, 4, and 5 processes within designated functional area
- Experience in SAP Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC) desired.
- Experience implementing systems such as S/4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SAC -Planning, IBP, S/4 Hana
- Experience with SAP master data (MDG) and transactional data that support the Record to Report processes.
- Lead
- Possesses knowledge of other SAP modules like Master data (MDG), Product Costing and Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Procurement,
- i.e. Month End Financial Close process, Profitability Analysis, Financial Reporting, Global Consolidations, Stock Transfer, Procurement, Order Management, Billing, Accounts Payable
- Project Management experience demonstrating adherence to governance, controls, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge in Localization and e-reporting compliance.
- Experience in BPC Embedded, BW Integration and Analysis for Office Tools, desired.
