We are looking for an HR Operations Representative to support our EMEA region, based in Warsaw. This is your chance to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support Employee Lifecycle: Manage contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes using core HR systems that support the hire-to-retire employee journey.
- Handle HR Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, using case and knowledge management systems to provide effective solutions.
- Enhance Processes: Collaborate with the team to improve our HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
What You Bring:
- Languages: Proficient in Polish and English. Other languages are a plus!
- Skills: Strong administrative abilities and experience with HR systems or case management tools.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using MS Office and quick to learn new systems and technologies.
