Responsibilities:
- Compliance to EHS on all activities.
- Administration of Quality Management system nonconformance process; conduct quality investigations/root cause analysis when appropriate
- Create, update, and manage a comprehensive calibration register for all equipment requiring regular calibration. Schedule calibration activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a centralized document register for all relevant documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
- Actively participate in the implementation and ongoing improvement of a robust Quality Management System (QMS). Utilize internal audits to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure the accuracy and completeness of material data. Manage the process of creating new SKUs.
- Create & Maintain Inspection plans.
- Perform Quality Function in SAP _ S4HANA
- Create & Update Production Master Documents
- Assist LQAR studies/ Assisting in Lab trials & Pilot Trails / Storage stability studies of the same.
- Ensure Raw Material, Packaging & Finished goods analysis are carried as per standard norms.
- Generate Monthly reports on quality.
- Online checks of filling & Packing.
- Assisting production & planning to resolve and investigate deviation associated with packaging & raw material and production process.
- Assisting Packaging Compatibility studies
- Identify Potential Cost Saving Projects with focus on continuous improvement.
- Develop & Execute Training activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bacherlor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- Min 3 years' experience & above
- Familiar with SAP
- Basic knowledge in Quality control aspects ( Testng and Analysis such as chemical analysis & physical properties)
- Regulatory Compliance : Understanding of local regulations pertanining to crop care products (e.g., EPA, APVMA)
