Portfolio Manager LAN (Agroquímicos)

The Portfolio Manager role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies (short, medium and long term) that allow for the field displacement of the focus products by segment, as well as ensuring compliance with the sales budget.

 

Portfolio Manager LAN will report to MKT Manager LAN.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Design and execute strategies (short, medium and long term) that guarantee compliance with the commercial LAN budget and by segment.
  • Design and implement strategies (short, medium and long term) that guarantee the displacement of the FMC portfolio in the field.
  • Safeguard the profitability of FMC's portfolio, as well as prepare its forecast.
  • Financially and technically validate global and regional projects.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the global strategies of the segment.
  • Coordinate and lead the process of label extensions and new projects (accompanying R&D and Regulatory).
  • Plan and execute new product launches.
  • Design, implement and correctly execute the commercial policies of FMC.
  • Analyze and define market access and potential by crop / region / portfolio, as well as monitor and define prices according to the market.
  • Define the business development plan to ensure the introduction and correct technical positioning of the portfolio.
  • Define the growth plan of the portfolio based on the potential of the market.
  • Coordinate, participate and follow up on product management meetings in the LAN region.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Professional in Agronomy, Engineering, Cs. MKT or related

• MBA, postgraduate or specialization

• 6+ years of experience in commercial/MKT area management and teams in crop protection companies

 

Key knowledge and skills:

• High capacity for market analysis and relationship with the industry

• High planning capacity (strategic for sales => medium and long terms)

• Ability to develop and conduct executive presentations and effective meetings

•Account management

• Fluency in English

• Advanced management of the office package
